Jelievo Terms & Conditions — in plain English

In this document "Jelievo", "We", "Our" refers to the entity operating the jelievo.win platform. "User", "You" refers to any individual who uses the Jelievo platform.

Jelievo's Terms & Conditions have been drafted in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. Jelievo reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with at least 7 (seven) days' prior notice given to registered members before any significant changes take effect.

Alongside these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy And Responsible Gaming Policyapply equally. Together, these documents constitute the entire agreement between Jelievo and the user.

To open an account with Jelievo, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years must be.
• You must be a legally competent individual with the capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• An individual may only hold One single One account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

Jelievo reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Users whose accounts were previously closed for any reason are strictly prohibited from re-registering.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from Jelievo. We always strive to ensure withdrawals are fast and hassle-free.

Jelievo regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. Wagering requirement is 10x (ten times).
• Reload Bonus: A bonus is available on a set deposit amount each week. Terms may vary from week to week.
• Free Bet: Free bets are available on select matches or events. Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered once first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — such as arbitrage betting or depositing solely to withdraw a bonus — is strictly prohibited.

The following rules always apply when playing Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, bingo, and other games on Jelievo:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Jelievo initiates the cancellation.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If any game or bet is interrupted due to a technical issue, Jelievo will make its decision based on the last confirmed result.
• Jelievo reserves the right to void any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final unless a technical error is proven.
• Maximum and minimum betting limits are set individually for each game or market and are clearly stated on the game page.

If a dispute arises over the outcome of a bet or game, the user may contact our support team within 24 hours. Jelievo's decision will be considered final in all disputes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jelievo platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering or depositing solely to withdraw a bonus.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to guarantee a profit by placing opposing bets across different platforms.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Hacking & Cheating: Accessing the software, using bots, or playing through any automated method.
• Third-Party Payments: Payments made from an account not registered in your own name.
• Fake Identity: Providing a false name, age, or any other personal information.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. All pending bets must be settled and any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Jelievo may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When a suspicious or unusual transaction is detected.
• If the user submits a self-exclusion request.

For inactive accounts, a maximum fee of up toBDT 100 A maintenance fee may be deducted if a balance is present.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• If you choose self-exclusion, your account will be locked for a specified period.

Jelievo is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.

• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own account.
• Jelievo does not guarantee the outcome of any game — there is always a risk of financial loss when gaming.
• Jelievo is not liable in the event of force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or similar events.
• Jelievo's maximum liability in any loss shall be limited to the total amount held in the user's account.

Jelievo reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or SMS at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
